Gus Carmichael has worked as a Secondary School Teacher for over 20 years both as an Assistant Teacher and Head of Department in Edinburgh and Birmingham.
He has a P.G.C.E from Moray House College of Education and a B.Mus from Aberdeen University.
He is able to offer lessons on piano and keyboard from beginners to advanced and for AB exam preparation in all styles. Also available, lessons in blues/jazz improvisation.
In addition he can also provide lessons for students wishing additional help with Standard Grade, Int 1, Int 2, Higher and Advanced Higher Music.
He has an extensive knowledge of the music curriculum in Scotland and England.
