Gus studied composition at University where he had a number of pieces performed.
He continues to compose music in different styles.
His piece Coppice Carousel was commisioned and played by the Military band at Dreghorn Barracks and Pupils from Firhill High School.
He has also written music for corporate packages and educational software.
